How to report a problem with an activity or supplier

If you experience a problem with an activity or supplier, we want to know about it.

During the activity

If something goes wrong during the activity, try to resolve it directly with the guide or supplier first. If that's not possible, contact our support team immediately: help@tourvigator.com or +255 767 405 090.

After the activity

  1. Log in to your Tourvigator account and go to My Bookings
  2. Click on the relevant booking
  3. Click Report a Problem or Request Refund
  4. Describe the issue and attach any photos or evidence

Our team will review your report within 24 hours and get back to you.

Leaving a review

After your activity, you'll receive an email asking you to leave a review. Honest reviews help other travelers make informed decisions and help us maintain quality standards.
