Your booking confirmation and voucher are sent to your email address immediately after a successful booking on Tourvigator.
Finding your voucher
Check your inbox for an email from Tourvigator with the subject line "Booking Confirmation – [Activity Name]". The email contains your voucher details and booking reference.
If you can't find the email, check your spam or junk folder.
Accessing your voucher from your account
- Log in to your Tourvigator account at tourvigator.com
- Go to My Bookings
- Click on the relevant booking
- Click Download Ticket or View booking details
Do I need to print my voucher?
In most cases, you can show your voucher on your mobile device. However, some activities (especially those in areas with poor connectivity) may require a printed copy. Check the voucher instructions for details.
