What to do if the activity is cancelled by the supplier

943 people found this helpful

Occasionally, a supplier may need to cancel an activity due to circumstances beyond their control (bad weather, insufficient participants, etc.).

What happens when a supplier cancels

If your activity is cancelled by the supplier, you will:

  • Receive an email notification as soon as we're informed of the cancellation
  • Be offered a full refund to your original payment method
  • Optionally be offered an alternative date or activity

How long does the refund take?

Refunds are processed within 3–5 business days. The time it takes to appear in your account depends on your bank or payment provider (usually 5–10 business days for cards, 1–3 days for mobile money).

What if I wasn't notified?

If you arrived for an activity and it wasn't running, and you weren't notified in advance, please contact our support team immediately: help@tourvigator.com or +255 767 405 090. We take these situations seriously and will investigate with the supplier.
